Adult coaching

Develop your skills, confidence, fitness and passion for tennis with our LTA accredited coaches.
We welcome all standards of play and offer a variety of courses for all abilities.
Any age, any ability – we’ll make sure you get exactly the right coaching to suit your level of tennis experience.

We offer the following weekly coaching sessions :

Adult Beginners Group
For beginners/long term absentees. The sessions cover fundamentals such as movement & positioning and includes Singles and Doubles game practice.

Tuesday 10am-11am
Tuesday 8pm-9pm
Thursdays 8pm-9pm

Adult Intermediate Group
For intermediates/regular players. These sessions focus on developing existing strengths and improving weaknesses and teaching of a variety of tactics & techniques. Includes Singles and Doubles lessons.

Tuesday 9pm-10pm
Thursday 10am-11am

Advanced Group coaching
For advanced/competition players. These sessions are intensive training sessions aimed at improving fitness and include competitive drills and matchplay.

Friday 9.30am-11am

Cardio Tennis
Tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
These exercise sessions are HITT style cardio sessions and no tennis ability is required! There is an element of hitting balls but there are no rallies involved in the sessions.
