Discover the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
These exercise sessions include some HITT style cardio sessions and no tennis ability is required! There is an element of hitting balls but there are no rallies involved in the sessions.
The tempo is picked up with drills and hitting loads of balls with fitness and footwork mixed in whilst listening to music.
Its a great workout and lots of fun whether you are an experienced player or not.
There are 5 sessions a week. Costs are £8 per session (members) or £12 per session (non-members) which is paid on the day. Booking is advised and remember to have fun!
