We have been alerted to incidents of non members either gaining or attempting to gain access to the Club.  We are seeking to address this but please be vigilant and report to a member of staff if you see anyone that you believe may be an issue.

If you have a guest joining you they are your responsibility.  Please present them at reception and ensure they have paid their guest fee and that they only play the sport which they have booked to play.  Also, please do not share your membership card with friends or family.  Not only does it deny the Club money which is invested back into the facilities, it puts the Club at risk as we do not know who is on site.

The Club has also issued a ‘use of changing room policy’ which can be found here.  Please take the time to read it and familiarise yourself with it.

As a reminder, if you experience or witness anything which causes you concern you must first make a decision about whether you think the concern is immediate/on-going AND serious. If so, contacting the police (999) directly could well be the most appropriate response.  If you think the concern falls short of an emergency but still needs to be considered, please send an email to adiebutcher@redlandgreen.co.uk with the subject ‘Safeguarding ConcernThis will be received in confidence. Please complete this within 48hrs of the incident.Anyone who is found to be flouting the Club rules and policies faces the possibility of having their membership revoked and being banned from the Club.

The Club rules and policies are for the benefit of all members, visitors and staff alike and are there to ensure that both adults and children have a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment at the Club.

Be Vigilant!
