All our coaches hold professional LTA qualifications, are first aid trained, have attended safeguarding courses, and are DBS checked.

DOM STONES
Head of Performance
LTA Level 3+ Accredited Coach
After representing his county in every age group and achieving an ITF World Ranking by 16, Dom decided to turn his attention to coaching and was fully qualified by 19 years of age. Dominic has worked all over the globe and with some of the UK’s top coaches, his last job being at the Edgbaston Priory Club in Birmingham. There he taught all age groups and competency levels from first-time beginners to national standard juniors. Dominic brings enthusiasm and a bright personality to the court and has a genuine passion for the game that he wishes to share with everyone he coaches.

Scott Dobson
Head of Development
LTA Level 4 Accredited
As a junior player Scott competed for both Avon County and the South West Region, going on to become the youngest qualified coach in the UK at the age of 17. He has been an Avon County Captain for many junior age groups, successfully reaching the National Finals on three different occasions. Scott also ran his own club for ten years, with one of the largest junior coaching programs in the South West of England.

RAVI SHARDA
LTA Level 3 Accredited Coach
Ravi has been coaching tennis since the age of 17. Whilst studying at the University of Bristol, he completed his tennis coaching qualifications and went on to coach for the University of Bristol Tennis Club and community program. Ravi completed his Level 3 qualification in 2020 and currently coaches at the University of Bristol alongside his role at Redland. Ravi’s coaching philosophy is to nurture a love for the game of tennis, by promoting the benefits that sport has on overall wellbeing and mental health.

CALLUM TREASURER

LTA Level 3 Accredited Coach
Callum started playing at the age of 7 and went on to compete nationally, before taking a 3-year break. At the age of 16, he started to compete regionally and became a hitter for both national and regional players. From this Callum gained a passion for coaching and decided to get his qualifications. Callum has coached all age groups and standards from national and beginner levels. He has also travelled with junior teams as a county coach, gaining valuable experience and knowledge from some of the country’s top coaches, including at his last job at the Parklangley club. Callum brings a genuine love for the game which he hopes can rub off on anyone he coaches.

DANIEL LEDBURY
LTA Level 2 Accredited Coach
Daniel is a dedicated tennis player who competes at national and county levels. He has over 8 years of coaching and assisting experience, and is hugely committed to his sport, applying this dedication to both his own game and those he coaches. His personal experience on and off the court is reflected in his coaching skills and players’ development. He is a successful and popular adult and youth coach.
