Our gym has a combination of free weights, suspension training, cardio and resistance machines. We have created a welcoming and friendly environment to make people of all ages and abilities feel welcome and comfortable.

JCK Champions Karate offers instruction at Redland Green Club in traditional self-defence karate, Olympic recognised sport karate and also general fitness for all. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. Click here for details.

LIZ JAMES

Liz James is a Level 4 Personal Trainer who’s been delivering motivational fitness sessions to a wide range of clients for over 10 years.
She is qualified in pre and post natal fitness and can help you through the stages of your pregnancy and beyond, to regain strength and confidence in your body. Liz specialises in introducing weights into your fitness programmes, supporting pre/rehab injuries, weight loss and training for specific goals such as triathlons or running events.

CHRISTIAN CUNNINGHAM

Our onsite personal trainer, Christian Cunningham, is on hand to provide advice on nutrition and exercise programmes. 

He also trains people on a 1:1 basis.

 

 

ASHLEY de LOTZ

Ashley is a highly experienced Personal Trainer, delivering strength and conditioning to recreational exercisers through to elite athletes.

His 1:1 sessions and group workshops at Redland Green combine his academic knowledge with his skills developed working with youth and senior athletes and from competing as an elite mountain bike racer.
Ashley can help educate and empower you to achieve and exceed your goals.
