Gym
Our gym has a combination of free weights, suspension training, cardio and resistance machines. We have created a welcoming and friendly environment to make people of all ages and abilities feel welcome and comfortable.

Studio
Yoga, pilates and body conditioning classes are offered during the week by external instructors. Click here for details.
The Studio is a shared space and used exclusively for squash use during the following times:
- Monday – Friday: 4:15 pm – 8:45 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Personal Training
Liz James is a Level 4 Personal Trainer who’s been delivering motivational fitness sessions to a wide range of clients for over 10 years.
She is qualified in pre and post natal fitness and can help you through the stages of your pregnancy and beyond, to regain strength and confidence in your body. Liz specialises in introducing weights into your fitness programmes, supporting pre/rehab injuries, weight loss and training for specific goals such as triathlons or running events.
